Born in Miami, Carlos, the son of two Realtors, inherited a passion for real estate and the vibrant city from day one. After completing his education at the University of Miami, Carlos ventured into the real estate industry by joining Service Mortgage, a company owned by his mother. Simultaneously, at the tender age of 21, he embarked on his real estate investment journey. At 23, Carlos achieved a significant milestone by overseeing his inaugural development project, Comfort Villas—a triumphant venture consisting of 12 single-family homes. This success paved the way for Carlos to assume leadership at Service Mortgage, a company that, at one point, held the prestigious position of being the leading FHA lender to minorities in Miami-Dade County.
Undeterred by challenges, Carlos continued to expand his real estate portfolio, eventually transitioning to a full-time commitment in 2008. In the early 2000s, he established Tosca Real Estate Corp, spearheading the development of over 1,000 units and adeptly navigating the complexities of the great financial crisis. Most recently, Carlos launched Tosca Custom Luxury Home Builders, a company dedicated to delivering high-end, tailor-made homes that combine elegance, innovation, and quality craftsmanship. Through this endeavor, Carlos continues to shape Miami’s luxury real estate landscape, further solidifying his legacy in the industry.

Born in Miami and raised in New York, Monica Tosca has always had a sharp mind for business and strategy. She earned her degree in Finance and Economics before embarking on a successful career on Wall Street, working on the trading floor at Citigroup, where she specialized in selling equity research. After a decade in the fast-paced financial industry, she stepped away to focus on raising her two young children.
In 2015, Monica reentered the professional world with a new passion—digital marketing. She immersed herself in the evolving landscape of online branding, content strategy, and customer engagement. Today, she is leveraging her expertise as the Director of Marketing for Tosca Custom Luxury Home Builders, where she partners with her brother, Carlos Tosca, to connect with aspiring homeowners who envision their dream luxury residence in Miami.
